Here's what happened. Was on my way to a friends house driving the road to a big intersection. Got in the turn lane and turned right, gave it some gas before i had to stop at another intersection( didnt get higher than 3rd gear). Me being a dumba$$ i forgot to take it out of 3rd. So when the light turned green i started to go, but was about to stall out. So i quickly put it in 1st gear, while i was doing that i was looking in the rearview and some cars where coming up on me fast. There just happened to be a riced out accord next to me. So i took off fearing that some car behind me would run up on me. I didnt take off too fast but in was quick, not like a drag launch or anything. While all this was going on i guess the guy in the accord thought i was trying to race him, so he's taking off "fast". So i reached about 65mph and the accord goes flying by me. Then all of a sudden I see crown vic headlights coming up on the accord fast. I said dam that guys getting a ticket. So the cop starts to pull over the accord and they get into the right lane. Me already in the right lane try to switch to the left and the cop swerves over so i can get in the left, basically telling me to pull over too. I was like WTF. Cop gets out gets the guy in the accord's info, then comes to me a gets my stuff. So i'm waiting and have to **** so bad. Then another cop pulls up and gets out starts talking to the other cop. Then the first cop that pulled me and the accord over leaves. Second cop walks by my car, i get his attention and he comes over and talks to me. He say's the first cop said i was racing the accord, i start laughing and telling him that i had a street racing ticket back in 2000 and that i learned my $1500 lesson. Besides i told him that if i wanted to race i would just go to the local drapstip that is 2minutes from my house. The cop say's he just has to go by what the first cop told him and that he would see what he could do. Ten minutes later the officer comes back hands me a ticket for doing 70 in a 55. After he handed me the ticket i told the cop why would i even want to race that accord, i told him it would be like a pitbull fighting a chiuahua. Cop starts laughing and says have a good night.

Good news is that a friends mom works in a lawyers office and said that she could take care of it for free on one condition. I have to take out to Red Lobster, i told her to name the day and its a date!!

glad to see you got out of it... i know when me and brian rolled by ya last night are mouths dropped and are heads hit the steering wheel. figured you were gonna get hosed on that one. this is jason by the way... Hope you do get out of it, BTW are you all stationed there at fayettnam? I was there for 4 years when I was at Bragg.

yeah i got one too... mine my lawyer continued for a year until finely the DA got tired of dealing with it and tossed it completely. Mine was BS also... i seen the cop like 4 cars behind me and this idiot in a "suped" up camaro reving his engine next to me. i even rolled down my window, explained to him i wasnt racing and that if we like to go to the track the following day i would show him anything he'd like to see. he spun out like an ***, i took off at a honda pace, drove about 40 or 50 ft to the on ramp for the express way and lights came on... said they clocked me doing 80 lol. i laughed, i explained to the cop that the camaro may have been doing 80 but i sure as hell wasnt but that wasnt good enough for him. surprisingly enough they were doing a story on street racing in our city and just so happen to have a news crew with them which is why i figured i got pulled over for that BS.

recently i was in alabama... was sitting at a light next a minivan, again i saw the cop sitting on the other side of the minivan, i rev'd my engine prior to seeing him a couple times maybe to 4 or 5 grand and that was about it, i took off again, going through each gear slowly, i was in 4th gear doing 45 mph when i was pulled. i asked the officer what i was being pulled over for, a very very hot cop by the way, she said i thought you were going to street race. LOL, i said well clearly i didnt, i usually save that for the track anyway. She said, well in AL, you dont have to actually be street racing to get a ticket for it, you just have to show that you were attempting to. I said how the hell does that hold up in court... you say no judge he wasnt actually street racing, but i can tell it crossed his mind so i gave him a ticket. she let me go with a warning after a few minutes of conversation. just made me laugh with that whole you dont have to actually be street racing to get a ticket for it.

Nothings worse then The ticket I recieved at 4am, nobody else on the highway, raining, Mothers Day, going home from Partying all night at UMASS Amherst, All of a sudden see lights behind me pull over (I was probably going 70mph) Cops gets out and says...what you havin a slumber party in there (all my friends in the back).

"You know how fast you were going?"

"no...."

"103mph in a 65"

(Might I add I have a Passport X50 8500 and it never made a sound)

I'm fighting it November 2nd....I'm going to demand to get it dropped cuz 103mph in the rain is just pure bull****.

Has anyone at court said "Well my radar never picked his gun up?"
