Getting Scammed by Kingpin Perfomance

My name is Emery and I placed a order with Kingpin on August 23 for samco hoses, raillart t-stat, and JDM shorty antina. The payment was 217.41 and that cleared with my credit card company on August 30. I have made several attempts to contact them but I either say that they will look into my order or they just hang up on me. I hope this do not happen to anyone else. I plan to file a police report here in the next couple of day if they do not ship my order. I just to let everyone know my experince with Kingpin Performance.

Kingpin.... what a name. I wouldn't order from a company that named like gangsters.

They are based right here in AZ. They are pretty well known out here so I don't think they will rip you off. I know they post on NASIOC if you want to try and contact them through there. Good luck man, that really does suck!

Call your bank (credit card company) explain the circumstances and contest the charges. It is easy and they must comply. The will send a charge back notice to the vendor. If they cannot produce a document showing shipment and receipt, the charge should be removed from your card.

I have only ordered one thing from them (ARP headstuds). I got it, but it took about 3 weeks and more than enough emails. . .

You can always report fraud to the credit card company, if this doesn't work out.
