Seriously what lies behind the engine below the intake manifold? a time warp?

One of my sockets slid off the head and fell between the intake manifold. I searched and searched and can't find it

 

Same here I've lost couple of those clip from the hood vent & snorkel but to my amazement It seem to disappear

 

man... i swear i've lost full sized tools under the hood of the mustang.

actually i had work done on my old SVO by a shop and when i popped the hood a couple weeks later i found a screw driver so i guess i can't feel that bad.

 

lol.... "man, wtf happaned to my air compressor"

 

yeah i lost a deep well the first week or so i was working on my car... luckily it warped back, a friend found it 6 months later stuck by my starter lol... that place there catches everything
