I agree the stock IC and pipes are probably the lightest set up you'll be able to find up to 400hp.

Nisei usually sells their LICP as steel and not aluminum. My AMS lower pipe was light as hell, maybe 1-1.5 lbs? Anything aluminum will be light.

As for FMIC, no clue on that.

Nisei offer both setups obviously the aluminum one if going to cost you a few dollars over the heavier steel one.

I read somewhere that the ARC intercooler is the weight as the stock one, so if the if the stock fmic is the lightest then the ARC is in the same category then.

Yea Nisei sells aluminum and a 1018 steel version.

Have you considered a mini battery as well?

As far as FMIC, if you want light, go with a tube fin design. Bar and plate designs cool more efficiently but are heavier.

The OEM LICP is about 2.5 lbs. The Buschur replacement (steel) is approx 3.5 lbs.

Well I meant that it was more common to see steel pipes from Nisei because of the price. Yeah, they sell both, but usually they are steel over aluminum.

The bar and plate design of most aftermarket fmic are going to perform better than the tube and fin design but the bar and plate will be heavier.....

Honestly the weight of the fmic shoudl be your last concern and the performance should come first...

I would go with Buschur...
