So what's the deal with this thing. I can't find anything about it. Can any vendors step in and explain {if/when} it {has come/will come} out?

I'm pretty set on this this thing for my IX SE now.

It just seems to be their new design for their boost controller. I translated as much of the page as i could, but theres to much Kanji and i couldnt make out enough to make TOTAL sense of it. It seems that you can also use it to log boost. Not sure about anything else though.

 

Any word on price? Availibility? Thanks

 

HKS USA is releasing the new EVC V after thanksgiving

 

Is there really anything to get excited over? The new thing does basically the same thing the old thing did. The most important part of a boost controller (electronic or manual) is to control boost. The old one did it well and I would expect the same from the new unit since it uses the same solenoid. But there is really nothing to get excited over.
