TurboXS Tuner Troubleshoot

Went to install the TurboXS tuner today. Got everything connected into the tuner box but when I power up the car the tuner does not power up.

I soldered the wiring connections, the blue to 12V ignition source and the white to the ground as advised over the phone by TXS. The DB15 port seems to pushed into the tuner as far as it will go, however only screw will thread into the back, and the O2 sensor is connected accordingly. Anyone suggestions?

I also had to drive the car back from the garage area and did not have time to disconnect the O2 sensor without it able to be powered up. Trip was only a mile back. Good chance I ruined the sensor or should it be alright if the car's lotted till I get this sorted out?

blue? The power lead should be red and the ground should be black. Or at least that's how it is on my Tuner. One mile should be ok on the 02 sensor. I'd pull it out if it's not powered up and you have to drive the car anymore.

Yeah I would've thought they'd use red and black but they used blue and white. I called them up to clarify which is which and the guy said Blue goes to 12V and White is ground.

unless you smoked a fuse, I don't know....

Do you have a meter to make sure you're getting power? Try the 9v power supply, just to make sure the Tuner works. If it does when hooked up to a 9v battery, it's gotta be in the wiring.

Ill try the 9V in the morning. I tapped into the 12V wire to the cigarette lighter. When I popped in the cigarette light to see if it was getting power it heated up pretty well and seemed to light up as normal.

Thanks for the suggestions guys.
