I have a friend that his evo has like a wing for the pourpse it works just fine, but I haven't seen it in any website

From your other thread with a pic, your car appears to be lowered.
Was it lowered with springs or CO?
If you have coilovers, you might want to raise them up a bit maybe closer to stock height.
Also, how about putting some type of clear 3M film on the bottom of the lip to minimize further scratches?
I am not sure what kind of a wing you are speaking of btw.
Unfortunately, scratching the bottom of the front lip is a problem any lowered vehicles have to deal with everyday.

It's fairly easy to determine if you have coilovers or springs.
Just check the vender section here, they have many pics of coilovers.
You might want to contact the previous owner and find out exactly what was done to the car if at all possible.
As far as 3M, I was planning on putting clear bra soon.
While I was speaking with the installer, he suggested he wanted to put the same material underneath my APR CF lip to prevent scratches.
Hope that helps.

Your friend sounds like he has an APR carbon fibre splitter. Not exactly designed to stop scrapes on the front lip, but I can see it working for that too.

Definately find out what it is lowered with first of all. If it is coilovers then it will be a simple fix, if it is springs, then you wont be able to do anything about that except for taking the off and putting some different ones or factory ones back on.

Maybe just try pulling onto the street at an angle.
