Angry Evo gets broken into *pics*

Well this is bull****, I came back from a 24/7 Arby's around 3:20 AM in a friends truck and I noticed my trunk was slighly open, so I figured It was because I accidently lifted the handle when I was filling up with gas. So I shut the trunk and walk towards the driverside of the car and noticed the glass on the ****ing ground. Looked inside the car and all they took was the my greddy profec b II boost controller I hadsitting on the steering column. I opened up the trunk to see if they took my xspower manifold and o2 housing but they didnt touch it (thank god). Immediatly called the police but there really isnt anything they can do besides fill out a report. Now I gotta hook the stock boost lines in the morning just so I can drive it to class. Its my DD so I have no choice unless I can find a ride.

Whats really ****ing gay is that on new years eve my friends cars in the same parking lot got brokeing into. They stole the radio out of my friends 91 acura legend and the subs out of a mazda 323. And Im sure everyone remembers my vandalism post also so yeah this is getting pretty bad.
UPDATE!: I just called Glass Doctor here in lima and The cost for the new window is $158 + tax and they come to me to install it which is ****ing awsome!!!!! I thought I was gunna have to pay waaaaay more!

UPDATE 2!: Just got the window fixed scroll down for pictures. Still need to get a boost controller as you can see in the pictures.

Here are the pics:

Vaccum line and the wires that hook up to the Greddy profec B II.

Evo window is replaced

I hate thieves! can I buy the unit alone or do I have to buy the whole thing again?

even with insurance coverage, being broken into is a mental stress along with a time consuming exercise getting everything back to normal.

at least you drive a nice evo.

With respect, either you've had something ten times worse happen, or never been vandalized at all. It's insanely frustrating to have to fix things just because somebody had to mess with your ride. Hell, I was recently involved in a hit and run where a lady crossed over into my lane, hit my front left end, and kept going.

If I hadn't gotten her plate I'd be SOL, and out well over a grand in repairs. What does she get? A little nick on her insurance and nothing more. Meanwhile, I'm forced to spend the next few weeks dealing with insurance companies and trying to find the time to get this dent out of my car.

I'm slowly learning that people have absolutely no respect for other people's property, nor the rules of the road (as in my case). And while damage may not look that bad upon first inspection, the heartache and hassel attached with it are what really hit you the hardest.
