yeah it looks pretty bad,ive seen that picture a bunch of times.I think alot of the facotr is rust,and in that manifold case look at the offset of the collector to the flange.Definatly a back pressure zone,also look at what turbo that is,holset.That turbo weighs like 40 pounds lol.It all comes down to money.I mean some people wanna go fast for cheap,and if they do more power to them,if it breaks its on them.I think its up to the owner of the car,certian products i wouldnt slack on product,aka i wouldnt buy cams,pistons,rods from anything no name.Electronics i mean its whatever.But let them try it,if it works let us know results,if it breaks let us know!!

Get a green turbo with a stock manifold and you will be more happy than the trouble this would give you.

The ss autochrome manifolds CAN work out ok, you just have to be smart about bracing them.

Friend of mine is using one on his DSM, I'm going to be interested in seeing how it holds up since its holding up a T70 on a car that sees like 20k miles a year in all 4 seasons.
