Car won't turn off!
Like I said earlier on, it is c129 in the driver kick. I have allready gone through the entire car and when I disconnected that plug, the car turned off.
There was nothing I could do to repair it and the whole engine harness had to be replaced.
The immobilizer has nothing to do with this problem and you can not disable it. Your problem is soley in that connector.

It's good to know that there is a somewhat simple solution to these possessed evos. It seems as though a few evos are showing these exact symptoms. So is the water coming in from the grommet by the drivers side kick panel? if so is it because the grommet has been tampered with (ie. boost gauge installs and sub wiring)
No not previously tampered with. Just a bad factoy seal point. Mitsu runs the Sports meter kit gauges through the passenger side grommet.
This is mainly do to the front winshield drivers side drain gutter drains right on that grommet.
The sunroof drain is in the same spot but does not pour on the grommet.
By repalcing the harrness this will only happen again in the same amount of time if not sooner than it has happened now if you dont seal the water from coming in.
F them pins hard solder the wires together water cant get too it then

Well I just went to the car to test out the C129 connector and.........Eureka!! Problem found. When I unplug that connecter and put the key in and turn it to "ON" all the dash lights come on like there supposed to. When I take the key out they turn off like there suppposed to. And when I plug that connector back in without the key in the ignition all dash lights come on.
So like a lot of people advised i'll have all those wires hard wired and water passages sealed.
I want to thank everyone for all the useful info. And if anyone else has problems like this they have good info from this thread to solve there problem.

SUCCESS!!
Took my car to my friend's house tongight (Brian Dragnic) and he hardwired all the wires for me and everything is working fine now. Thanks for the help everyone.
Update: While I was driving home I noticed my headunit has no power. Where is the fuse for the radio located, so I can check it. I don't know what else it could be. All we did was remove connector C129 and hardwire all the wires. We did one wire at a time so we wouldn't mess up. Any help once again would be appreciated. Thanks...
Should I check fuses 20,22,23?
Update: Well went outside to check fuses 20,22,23. First I pulled out 20 (looked good) and put it back in. Then pulled out that yellow plastic casing holding both fuses 22 &23. When I put it back in my lights turned on so I went inside the car put in the key, turned to "ON" and the radio turned on.
So basically EVERYTHING is working now.
