Are you kidding! Backed into!

Make sure you find a very good body shop to handle this task. A new rear quarter panel isn't too expensive, it's the labor to remove the old one, and weld the new one back in place. My S2K came out looking like new.

Good luck man.
The rear panel will have to be replaced. I had a similar accident in my S2000. AN idiot in a box truck decided to merge into my lane, while I was still in it.

I used the Body Shop of Barrington. The owner has OCD with cars as well.
It was supposed to be done in a week, and he called me and told that he was not happy with the results and was gonna re do it to get it perfect. Sure enough, you would have never known it happened. They are authorized by Ferrari, Lambo, etc to do work on all their cars. He is top notch.

I doubt the rear quarter will be replaced. That's a lot of work, and may end up compromising the overall structural integrity of the unibody if replaced poorly. This isn't something like a front quarter which is just attached by a few bolts....
damn dude that sucks, I've read a lot of people are getting their evo's ran into while their parked. Some people just f*&%#@% suck at life, mostly the driving part of life. I'd be sooo pissed if that happend. It really bums me out to see this kind of stuff.
