Maybe later on down the road I'll consider switching bumpers, but that would involve not only the bumper but paint too obviously. Not ready to spend the money on stuff like that yet, performance first!

It's funny, I'm parting out my 180sx, and I'm pulling in just a little more than double what I paid for it. 180's are like Mustangs over here, tons of people have them and are always looking for part-outs.

I'll be picking her up on Saturday, but I gotta drop her off right away for the JCI (Japanese Compulsory Insurance) which is basically an inspection of the car to see if it's in compliance with Japanese law, and also a form of liability insurance included. So I won't have it at home until probably Wednesday or Thursday.

I've already sourced some Evo IX Brembos, and I'm picking up the Rota G-Force 17x8's, because they are one of FEW wheels known to clear the Brembos on an Evo IV. Up next will be suspension, and then power mods up to about 280-300whp, I'm not really looking for a ***** out power monster, mainly into handling.

 

interesting. I have been searching for an evo4 in the USA. an importer sent me picks of that exact same car. I passed on it because of the lack of original front bumper.
