I don't know?!?!?!?! I thought if you wanted to be considered a Evolution Tuner you have to keep your show car around.....

Maybe they just have it up there to see what they can sell it for? You know, see if you can make a profit off of your car, start over again on another one...

Or maybe they are going out of business?

Quote from their ad:

"The Vivid Racing 2003 Mitsubishi EVO VIII has made its rounds as a marketing tool and must now be passed on"

Passed on? Made its rounds?.....so what are they going to use to promote they're company now.....and why pass it on after only 5500km's. Unless there is some really rich kid or guy out there they won't get $55,000 for it.

Selling the flagship car of your store....damn....maybe they're going to the darkside Subaru's WRX STI (YUCK)

Is that just the down payment you are bidding for????? Cause if it isn't and they are going only by what you bid (ex: $102.50 they have bid already) I would buy it lol

Nothing has happened over here. In fact we are moving into a larger space, have hired 3 new sales people, and have have picked up several new lines of cars.

Our new SUPER website is launching in 2 weeks with MORE EVO parts then anyone can imagine.

We went through this same BS with people thinking we were going out of business, selling our flagship car, or other crap...seriously relax...

No we are not buying a STI, we have our WRX Project II if you have not seen it...
www.vividracing.com/projectwrx.php
That is our second WRX we have built...

The EVO will be on the cover a very large magazine and featured in 2 others. Not to mention people are still paying brand new for them $44K in some parts of the world, so yeah that price is a good price....

We have almost finished this EVO and that is what we do, build cars and sell them. We may keep this one as we have other ones here, but would like to see what value we can get for it.

Believe me we have more EVO parts instock then ANY vendor on these boards or out there. We are NOT GOING ANYWHERE.

Check out our whole line up of cars here -

They wouldn't give it up for 102.50, there is a reserve price that hasn't been met. The reserve is probably in the 45+ G range.

i'm sure they have a reserve in there somewhere, after a bid is placed, the buy it now option goes away...then most likely, yo'll see the words "reserve not met" under the price....on ebay you are able to have a reserve price and a buy it now price on the same item
