DV/UICP hose?

DV/UICP hose?
I noticed today that the original factory hose that connects between the DV discharge and my upper intercooler pipe has collapsed. Is there a stronger, preformed, aftermarket silicone hose available separately, or do I have to buy a kit with various hoses. I´d rather just buy a single Forge or SAMCO hose. Anyone know where I can get one? Thanks!
