I had new tires put on my car and the idiots scraped all 4 wheels while changing the tires
All the damage is by the lip, almost looks like cub rash

my question is what color code are the stock 8 wheels
I have the Apex Silver paint pen from mitsubishi with the paint on one end and the clear coat on the other

I don't think, I could be wrong though, that the car color is the same as the wheel color so your touch up pen wouldn't do you any good.

 

Make them fix it.

 

I bet you saw that after few days after. Go back and tell them to fix it! if they dont know how to put new tires on.

bummer. definitely make them fix it, and bring pics if possible of what the wheels looked like prior to them putting on the tires. these are the kinds of cases where it's pretty much your word vs. theirs... good luck
