E-Brake light not coming on...

Searched, but my problem is the complete opposite of other people...

The E-brake light in not coming on, even when I use the e-brake...the reason I am worried is because the car has ACD, which should disengage when the e-brake is on. Is it possible that the ACD cannot sense when the e-brake is on, because the e-brake light is not coming on and I can damage it?

It won't damage it unless you decide to pull on your e-brake while driving. For example, if everything was working normally and you decide the pull on the e-brake while driving, it will sense you just engaged your e-brake so it will disengage your ACD.

Yup, I was wondering if the light and the sensor of the ACD for the e-brake is somehow connected....

One of the things I liked about ACD is that you can do an e-brake turn and it will disengage the rear wheel drive completely...
