Has anyone ever ordered from istoreparts.com?
No? good... don't ever.
I have an order processing since July 7.
Money was taken out of paypal shortly after, then returned.
I thought it was odd and guess the site was just abandoned cuz i heard nothing from them afterwards.
Aug 16 money goes out of paypal again... this time putting me negative cuz i ASSUMED they just refunded my money and the order was not gonna go through.
I get an email saying they had some server issues and if i have any questions/problems just reply to the email and that my order will soon be shipped.
Sept 4 I reply saying if my exhaust isn't shipped in 3 days i want my money refunded.
Sept 7 I reported to paypal and sent them another email.

Is 2 months a normal wait for a web order? i think not... unless i'm going crazy and ya'll love waiting 2-3 months for a part.
I did a search online and apparently a lot of people have the same issues and some are petitioning to shut these guys down.

I changed my personal info to bogus stuff so it should be fine for anyone to see except my address on the order.

Don't get anything on-line withjout doing some research first. Can't trust those people ((

 

no idea... i checked their about page and contact page.
no phone number no other email address other than sales@istoreparts.com
only a fax number, no physical address

i actually just got an email yesterday saying they cancelled my order and a refund was issued... BUT i see no refund on my paypal account. so im still going through paypal disputes to get my money back. i dont care what he says
