Headlights fogging over fix?

Does anyone know a fix for when your headlights start fogging over? I don’t know exactly how describe it, so I hope someone understands what I am trying to say. The lights are not smooth and clear anymore, they are rough and hazy looking.

There are a bunch of kits out there that are specifically designed to clear up foggy or yellowed headlights.

You could always sand and polish them too.

The aftermarket products work only if there isnt filming on the inside usually caused by condensation on the inside. but even a cleaner wax on the lamps should take most of it off.

Do you have to crack the casing completely open, or can u manuever through the bulb holes?
