yah tell him to go in and see if he still qualifies for the powertrain warranty even tho its lowerd and get that oil leak fixed. otherwise i wouldnt waste money on the car, it'd be a constant pain in the a$$ it does look pretty damn nice hto
If its still under warranty I would have the seller take it back to get it fixed before buying it. Don't get talked into that warranty stuff cuz you might get stuck with the bill, Mitsubishi is good for that.

When you meet up with him take it to the dealer to have them inspect it and see if they would warranty it for him and if it is tranferable. If it was under warranty why wouldnt he have done it ? Is what im thinking

car was traded in at the dealership where i work. so the owner is no longer the owner.
hmm maybe its not such a good deal after the front fender has to be re alinged as well. same iwth bumper its alittle loose. but i think i can unbolt then bolt back on

yah you would think he would take it to get fixed before he sales it right? that doesnt sound right who would sale a car with an oil leak THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE UNDER WARRANTY. kinda shady yo.

Has an accedent indactor on the car fax. says car was backed into while parked.
No salvage title.
over all the car is clean. with no mods. head gasket leaks oil. but stiill under power warranty. until 60k
