Another fairwell EVO MR sold today

Here is my new love I will truely miss my Evo MR and as far as I am concerned it can never really be replaced!! I think letting go of this car has been tougher than when I sold my 98 Type R. I sold my Evo today to a guy that lives down south of me in KY who is just as **** about cars/trucks as I am We will stay in touch and I will still be able to keep tabs on her. I really love the taco and it is my 3rd Toyota pickup. I got a great deal on the 08 and did a pass thru with the Toyota dlr to save me $1600 in taxes
It's been a great stay here for over 2yrs and this site is by far the best on the net for evo heads. You guys take care and be safe out there!!!

But the reason I sold my Evo was to haul around these bad boys! and also be able to drive in the crap called snow here in the midwest. The Evo MR is just too nice of car to be transversing the salt and sand of winter.

I sold it privately! for $26K and did a dlr pass through when I bought my taco.
Saved me $$ in taxes. With that being said, I basically let me evo MR go for $27.6.
A trade never would have been worth it! You would be looking at somewhere around $21 or $22 at least at a non Mitu dlr. 13,760 miles to be exact! I think one of last virgin/untouched 05 ww MR left in great cond.

The new 4.0 DOHC is a nice improvment. I went the other way, from a Ranger Edge 4.0 SOHC, to the IX. Put some 32's BFG on the bad boy and you can go almost any where.

That's a pretty slick way to sell your car.
