My car was stolen and found

Here is the aftermath...

They took my wheels, brakes, front bumper, spoiler, spare tire, intake, exhaust, intercooler all my seats and interior. They even tried burning my car. I am so bummed right now. I hate thieves.

Amazing they'd take the car, and just take that stuff. I guess I'm surprised they didn't take more body panels at that point, or the engine itself.

Sorry to see it like that.

At that point I think it would have been better to not have the car and get the insurance settlement.

Depending on what insurance is going to do. I do plan on rebuilding it. I'm really surprised they didn't take the turbo or the sterring wheel.

Looks like a quick strip job. Either the scumbags were pressed for time (or interrupted midstrip) or they weren't pros as the big dollar items (engine, body panels, airbags) are still present and accounted for.

Is the shell still running? You might do well to deal with the insurance company to either rebuild (read...make it distinctly yours with your favorite parts) or sell the shell as a race car-to-be built.

Sorry for your loss.

A lot of people say when they burn the car thats a sign of an insurance job, but to me it looks like the person who stole it has an viii and needed a ix conversion.

F*UCK THIEVES!!
