Help w/ Evo IX engine mods

So the other night, hit a huge patch of black ice around a turn in my evo 8, which didnt turn out good at all . In the next couple months I am trying to pick up a white evo IX (maybe MR). I want your guys' opinion on the engine mods. I had 340whp @ 22psi w/ the evo green in my VIII. I would like to be in the 500s this time around and hopefully it wont be a daily driven car. If i could some help on what engine mods you think i should get i would greatly appreciate it (fmic, turbo, intake, upper/lower icp, mbc, internals, downpipe, catback, etc). Ill put up pics of the VIII (rip) in a couple days. Thanks.

well if you are looking at that kind of hp you re obviously going to need a turbo upgrade. all the necessary supporting mods. the BR 3065 is supposed to be pretty bad ***. but I would research it and decide what kind of car you want it to be. there are plenty of users on the boards with various upgraded turbos making all different kinds of hp levels

3"-4" ic, 35r kit, intake doesnt matter to much just get a proven intake, 2.5" ic piping, hallman mbc, arp headstuds, hks 272, fuel rail, injectors, walbro 255, full 3" tbe, aquamist hsf-5, then u should get ur tranny built and drivetain upgraded if u want to be safe, this is also pushing it on the stock internals so u should either get a stroker kit or build the motor, this should put u at about 510-540whp on 93pump+meth and close to 600whp on C16

I was leaning towards the 35r kit. Sounds good, appreciate it.
