so I won this on ebay:

all for $107.50!!

problem is the muffler is dented up.
i'm thinking of getting the longest restonator I can buy, then buy a nice LARGE muffler, cuz I want this as quiet as possible.
any thoughts what brands I should buy?

 

if you dont want it to be loud buy a magnaflow muffler...

yeah im getting a stainless 24 inch resonator to weld into the straight piece, and the largest magnaflow i can fit on there.

 

Magnaflow will keep her quiet. Good deal though.

 

im going magnaflow but concerned about welding stainless and non stainless steel piping together

 

hey guy. you didnt tell you me got an exhaust. i knew you wouldnt stay stock for long. get a vibrant resonator, they are huge (i forget what size mine is) and a magnaflow muffler as mentioned above. will be nice and quiet. cant wait to hear it

 

hahaha yeah- for freaking 100 bucks- the turbo to the rear- i'll make it a full 3 inch

just want it as quiet as possible. good looking out on vibrant i forgot about them (i have their muffler on my honda)

 

i cant tell what is dented in such a low quality pic but if the canister section is dented, it wont hurt anything. that section is just packed with sound deadening (glass etc).

 

yeah i know it's dented- in fact I hate the canister look - thus i'm replacing it.
