One more Evo temporarily out of comission. I got blasted while turning left at an intersection last night. My fault. Light turned green, two cars in front of me went, didn't even pay attention that there was no green arrow, got nailed in front passenger side by Durango. Most of the front end is fubar. I'll have pics later. Luckily, no radiator or intercooler damage. Smashed HID worked...but the other one didn't?

Anyway, it's not totaled, no air bags deployed (thank god), most likely no frame damage.

All because of laughing at a V6 Camaro with dual exhaust and a trailer hitch.

I truly am a stupid dumbass...

Sorry to here that. I was in an accident also and messed up my front end. My car had 289 to the wheels before the accident but definitely doesn't now. Btw, the headlights are 1grand a piece.

 

i was hit too. but when my car was parked in a seemingly empty parking lot. this dumbass didn't see my bright blue car behind him and just backed his pickup into my front. hood, bumper, and radiator were replaced. i couldn't believe it, it was only the 3rd week i had the car. i still have nightmares. it just seems like my evo's attracting bad luck to itself. too bad i can't go to the dealer and say, this one's got bad luck, give me another one.

 

I was ALSO hit ....... by a 60 year-old lady a few back. Thank G only my outter shell of driver's side door needed to be replaced. It has since been fixed on the car looks like new again!

Hang in there man .... it will be fine as long as nothing major is damaged ... maybe a little pricey ... but it's better than sustaining an injury or 2. Still don't understand why that A-HOLE didn't just stop ... granted it's on u for hanging out thee too long after the green arrow went away, but it sounds like he/she didn't give a sh*t that you were hangin' out there, APPARENTLY... BAM!

 

Please god.. don't let anybody hit my car!

Well, ya see, there was no arrow. Yeah, apparently the first car thought he could be sneaky and beat the oncoming traffic. Either the Camaro thought the same thing, or wasn't paying attention like me and thought there was an arrow (because the guy in front of him just took off). The lady in the Durango already had her binders locked up to avoid the Camaro, so she missed him as he turned in time and blasted me.
