lol sorry im chinese btw. =P but yeah it said failing transfercase but i think ill return it to the dealer because on the contract it says "we further acknowledge that we may be subject to a fine not exceeding 2,500 and imprionment of not more than 2 yrs for any false statement that we make on this application and certify that all information is true and correct." so does that mean if they dont take it back they can get locked up because they told me it was stock witch it wasn't. I found the old owner and found out i had cams and exedy twin plate..
a dealer wouldnt know that it had those 2 things unless the old owner told them. sorry but that wont help you. and even if you try to say the were in there they can say you put them in.

sigh...well hard decision right now if i should just trade it in for another car..=/ i heard the evo prices are dropin dramatically also...how do you guys feel about the mazdaspeed 6 is it less insurance and stuffl ike that? j.w...=[

alright i just gotta let my service engine light pulled and try to trade it in for another evo i guess...would you sugest an evo with mods with a lil bit more milage..? j.w can u trade in cars that are financed? loan/lein title

I got it looked at and mitsu didnt do anything about it but said that it was $8000 to replace it....and i currently dont have that kind of money. Then i talk to a mechanic that works there and he told me that even the 03 didnt have the acd so you can bascailly drive it with out it? Im very confused right now...and also they said my abs pump overheated

yeah our cars are ultimate performance machines but you cant expect it to not fault at all. I had a similar situation during the snow storm last week around the NE but learned quickly after that mistake. Thankfully, I didnt have to pay for any damages.
