In Thailand on vacation and keeping an eye out for Evos...

- Green metallic Evo VII seen around Min Buri.

- White Evo IX seen in downtown Chachoengsao.

haha man, g/l, Thai people on the forums is a rarity... I saw one G/G Evo 8/9(forgot which one) in Pattaya once. Can't forget the loads of Evo conversions in Bk lol

 

I do wonder how many Thai people there are lurking/posting on EvoM. Yeah, tons of regular Lancers and lots of Hondas with body kits and wheels. They do like their cars. I'm in Koh Chang now. Doubt I'll see any Evos in street trim on this island. The roads are hell (really steep, bumpy, narrow).

 

OHHH my wife is Lao, we were in Vientiane, Laos (thailands neghbor) last december and me and her were out eating at a french cafe, Joma bakery or kob jai der resaraunt..i think it was one of those two.... anyhow we walk out i see a almost brand new looking evo 6 in white, it was gorgeous! I snapped a photo but i left my camera at her relatives house and they kept the camera and deleted the photos.This is the perfect place for a evo it would be in it's perfect element. the main roads are paved but everything else is dirt. i wish i had them pictures i never thought i would see a evo there. One other thing i never seen so many vw beetles in one place on earth than laos.
ohh and about thailand, in bkk i have seen a few there too!

 

Yah, I've seen a few nice evos in Thailand, but it doesnt compare to what we have in the USA though.....

they sure do have a lot of riced out cars there
and on the other hand there are a lot of sick cars there as well...
