AMS Catback is that consider street legal?
Hi guys, I was wondering if the AMS catback exhaust are street legal or not ? Because where I live COPS give crazy tickets on exhaust.

Whether it is legal or not depends on your local states laws regarding aftermarket parts. If we knew what state you lived in we could likely give you a better answer....

From what I understand, technically in IL it is illegal to mofidy a working exhaust in any way that makes it louder than the OEM components, regardless of the parts street legality....which is total BS IMO.
The AMS exhaust is not flashy/ricey/loud so I doubt you will have any problems with it.

i'm from NY as well, and technically any exhaust modification from stock is illegal... as for staying within emmisions... as long as you keep your cat you should be fine..
