When I put on my TBE w/ high flow cat the same thing happened to me. The CEL came on about 2 days later. I just put an anti fouler on and it never came on again. You can probably get one locally at any auto store.

nope, at least mine didn't after tuning. I did the mechanical fix as stated above and my light has been off for over a year.

No, the rear O2 sensor is seeing that you have an insufficient cat based on the amount of air it is now seeing. Once you are tuned, you will more than likely be even leaner. Just go to your local autoparts store and pay $5 for the HELP anti-foulers to back the rear O2 sensor out of the exhaust stream.

Tuning will have no effect on it. Just buy the $12 spacer and be done with it.

depending on which anti-foulers you get one will screw into the rear 02 bung then the other fouler into that but you will have to drill out that second antifouler I used a 1/2 inch drill bit because Mach v didnt send anything when my friend ordered his exhaust so i had to do the DIY method.

Depends who tunes it. Some tuners like mellon and cookie add ECU Hacks as part of the tune...

or you can hack it yourself like most of the ECU flash guys do.
