Thinking about selling the EVO, Need help.
Wow, I love your car! I guess it's good that you live in NM, otherwise I'd be looking into how to buy that thing.
I do think you could get over $30k for it...I know it's no where near what you've put into it but between the widebody and the stroker AND the low miles you could easily justify asking $10-15k more than a well-cared-for VIII

thank you everyone for your input, I greatly appreciate it. I am in no hurry to sell, just weighing my options right now. I think when I do sell; I will sell as is rather than part it out. Thanks again.
Nice car! Unfortunately, I doubt you'll get close to what you put into your car. A guy locally has been trying for ages to sell his 30R Evo 8 for $20k but with no luck. His mileage was a little higher and he didn't have the exterior mods like you had but I thought he should've asked for more.
I'd say keep your car unless of course you want the Evo X, then trade it in. Take the loss and don't look back.

Here's what you do, get the value of the car off kbb and then add up the total amount of all the $ put into the car and minus 70% off that and take the total from that and add it to the car value and there you go. My bro in law is a sales manager for one of the biggest toyota dealerships in cali he told me how that works when i was selling my GSX
