I would get it for sure. If it is a trans problem, you could get a rebuilt or new one from shep and still wouldnt of payed fora IX MR at the price most are going. goodluck

+1, that's an incredible price if there were no issues. i have a feeling the price reflects the true condition of what that car is hiding.

Take a close look at the clutch travel which can cause difficult shifting for all gears!Shift cables could have been abused during clutch install...

Wow. I paid $26,000 for an 05 MR with 18,000 miles a month ago. Wondering if I got ripped off now (which was lower than private party value).

That tranny is shot. Mine started getting hard to shift and very very shortly droped the tranny. And then your going for ALOT of money.. Not worth it man.. Especially seeing he has mods on it. You know he beat on it a little
