antenna base replacement.need questions answered
hey guys
so i need to replace my antenna base on my car.will the regular lancer base fit?say if i go to a dismantler and get that base,it should be a direct fit,right?and i'd have to remove the headliner i think.how do I remove the headliner?THANKS!

You remove the headliner by popping off both SRS Airbag covers on the back(all you have to do is try and pop from the top). Then remove those two clips that hold the headliner. I did that by using a zip tie, just putting it thru on one side and rapping it around, then grabbing both ends and pulling down. I don't know if you can visualize it, but yeah.. That'll only give you enough space to disconnect the antenna wires though, it won't remove the headliner completely.
