Can I take this part from a regular lancer?

I'm having troubles finding this part, anyone knows if i could take it from a regular lancer? its the metal part that is destroyed in the pic, the one where the strut base sits.

Help is appreciated.

My bro tells me that the EVO shares only 11% of Lancer parts. This leads me to believe that the EVO is supposed to be structurally stronger than a base lancer, and hence, if I had to venture a guess... no, you cannot use one from a lancer.

Good luck.
