dyno or street tune
I'd say street tune for the reasons that have been mentioned, you can't reproduce actual street conditions with a dyno.

street tune. but bring a radar detector in case you dont have one. i ended up forgetting mine and got pulled over while doing it haha. first time in 8 years of tuning too. just my luck. luckily i was able to get out of it thanks to my tuner haha. he was quick with words and the cop let us go. he followed behind 2 of my 3rd to 4th pulls. and then pulled me over a little later going 71 in the HOV lane... my bad. i got off with just needing to prove i had up to date insurance hahaha.
