Spare tire mounting bracket removal ?
Is this threaded portion of the spare area removable?

The threaded spare base is probably spot welded to the floor pan

if anyone knows where the spot welds are, I’d rather only tackle that portion than pry it out.

I would sand the base down to show the spot welds
