I wonder if it would be legal to make a "citizens arrest" style takedown/call cops move.

 

He's a tiny kid and in a nice car, Guy probably had a bad day and thought "little spoiled punk", than the head shake, "He's dead!". I doubt he's hiding any information that he did something else like give him the bird, or hit the guys girlfriend.

I don't understand why the person should've gotten out for confrontation. He had a 3000+lbs weapon in his hands! Run the guy over at about 60mph and the guy will be a cripple for the rest of his life, regretting what he did, and never be able to track you. If he did shoot him with a pistol however, the authority would have more reason to hunt him down.

 

Please don't hit and run people. Hahaha. You guys are nuts. It would be quite easy to track the car actually since Evo IX's were never sold in Canada and are quite rare here. The cops would have only a handful of people to be after. Including me...

 

The guy isn't going to just sit there and let a car hit him, and i doubt he's just gonna be nonchalantly hanging out in the middle of the street. I'm gonna have to say no go on this idea. haha

I have no hesitation to stick a pencil, pen, screw driver, or anything for that matter in someone with the quickness if I knew they were out to harm me.

If someone would have hit my car tho. I would have parked and knocked the guy out, take his wallet and use his money for the repairs haha

 

Yea, running over someone sober is quite a feat to pull, but it is not impossible. It really depends on how bloodthirsty and crooked you are. You can always make a turn around a block then gun it from his behind. If he dodges, you rotate your car and re-attempt. Unless the guy climbs over an object or enters into a building, he'll eventually fall on the ground or run out of energy. You have to be expecting a lot of damage to your car and/or ready to expect the worst. If the guy dies in the process, you'll probably be charged with premeditated manslaughter (ie first degree murder).

 

Yeah God forbid we don't let private citizens carry deadly weapons so they can shoot people who run after their car.
