Attach Harnesses on Harness Bar

Attach Harnesses on Harness Bar
Ok guys, I'm stumped.
I can't figure out how to attach the harness's onto the harness bar. Some advice please??
In the picture, I can't figure out how to wrap the harness around the harness bar and keep it there, like in the picture.
Any advice please?

LOL my harness are still not hooked up right. With my Takata's came a Eye bolt that is supposed to be used as the hooking spot but I have yet to remove the bar and drill a hole into the bar and then get it welded up.
