I believe Evane is correct in that whatever brand it is, the badge was removed where the EGT probe is.

RockmanX you don't get a boost leak from a cracked mani. You do however get an exhaust leak which can prevent you from boosting to full potential much like another Waste Gate that is always open.

LOL like i said before lol my manny of this type is cracked i only boost to 15psi i have never seen full boost 19psi and taper off deal. BECAUSE OF THE MANNY. lol i will not state it again. i can post pics i have of the manny. why do you think im buying anew one. when i bought my evo it had this manny on it cracked. I did not notice it beecause of the cracks location not to mention i was in a different state PA 22 hours from home and i flew up there for the evo. I was not leaving without a car lol . I have never seen full boost. lol i just decied to upgrade the car hence why i been buying all these parts. once i get it all put together ill be way above 19psi lol then i can see what a true evo is about but hey 15psi is still plenty fast for somebody that never driven a turbo car like me its great. New manny here i come

if you wrap it doesn't it help prevent it from cracking? My megan manifold is wrapped but is not on my car yet

 

^^^^ actully ive heard this before...wrapping it can keep the degrees down inside the manni, so i dont see why it wouldnt stop it from cracking.....but i still am not 100%sure if it prevents mannis from cracking....i got the megan manifold, for the most part gave me good power gains, and still no cracks with alota miles on it.

 

i run megan and am fine with it. i am upgrading my turbo soon so its going to go but it was a nice piece to me.

 

i wouldnt trust anything "no name" brand... especially ebay parts... ive seen alot people get f****d because they tried to save money with cheap parts... "name brand or NO BRAND" lol

 

you see mine above its total crap dont waste your money or your time. do your self a favor and save money and get a real manny
