This should prolly be in show'n'shine. I photoshopped some tint onto my car, tried to immitate what would be close to 40-50%. Also did some photo color enhancements...

 

check your local laws

in anchorage alaska (yes city municipalitys can have differeing laws too)
the legal tint is 70% on front windows 50% on the back and 35% on the rear window (but all they care about is the front two @ 70%)

 

i don't know if MD has tint laws for the rear or back windows. but mine are 27.5% in front (i think that's the limit. either that or 35%) and 5% all around the back.

 

I have 35% all around. best looking and I don't get harassed by cops at all. I'll post pictures next week when I get my car back from body repairs.

 

20% all the way around is pretty dark... I don't get harassed here in Austin, but I don't get harassed for no front plate either... a couple of the few things you can get away with... DPS is a whole other issue.

If I quit spending my money on everything else, I might have some cash to replace my camera someday... and have some pictures...
