Adjusting Forge BOV? (or any bov, really..)

Searched.. Didn't come up with much..

On my Forge BOV, there is a plus and minus and a knob that you can turn.. How do I properly adjust the BOV? I am running ~25psi on stock turbo..

Hopefully this isn't a dumb question. ha

I tightened mine (+) all the way, then backed off (-) one click at a time until I started to have "flutter" not to be mistake with compressor surge then tightened it one click to get rid of the flutter. Sounds great IMO.

You'll figure it out just keep playing with the adjustment.

yea mine is tightened a good bit... will it stop tightening if it gets too tight? before tightening, it made a swoosh/sweak sound.. now with it tight just a swoosh sound.

went from greddy rs VTA to this forge recirc.. love the recirc soo much more.. car feels a lot better!

You have to play with it. I did the same when I had mine. Tighten to it fluttered (too tight) then backed if off until that stopped. I liked that DV, once tuned right it worked great for me.

I agree it takes some fine tuning.

The Forge has a terrible reputation....unless you know how to adjust it properly. Turn it all the way to the softest setting, then go 17 clicks. That should be a good baseline.

Mine doesn't flutter or anything like that. Seems very smooth.
