Hey what's up i got a ticket for excessiv noise (muffler) the thing is that my car has a stock exhaust system..how do i win that in court? Any one have a link or anything that can help?

 

Tell the cop to stick a hot Harley exhaust up his you know what I mean.

 

You can probably get a public defender! tell him/her to explain to the judge that u still have the factory exhaust they have to let you walk!!

 

they dont have to do anything dont get it twisted. talk to judge and get car inspected by dealer and bring papers from them stating its OEM exhaust

 

I can't believe the cop pulled you over and wrote you a ticket for stock exhaust! There is no way that will hold up in court.....

I know here in FL, no show in traffic courts means case dropped by default, 9/10 times the officer is MIA. *Unless it is a traffic unit that wrote the citation, b/c they get paid either way, in court or cruising. And in most cases they have a division labeled strictly for court appearances
