some wrecked questions... plz read
so i banged up the evo a bit a couple weeks ago. it was snowing out and i slid into another car. you can tell what was messed up from the picture: headlight, fender, lip, air duct, bumper, small stress on the hood, and the acd pump broke!
i drove the car a couple blocks after the hit to my house, everything was fine. i wait a couple hours, for the snow to stop, and go back out to check on the car and noticed all the acd fluid leaked out on the bumper and ground. *NOTE the fluid did not drain until after i had parked the car* figures, since the pump is right behind the bumper. great place to put it by the way. anyways, i have full coverage so the car gets hauled off to the shop. now heres where my questions come...
before the car was towed to the shop i specifically told them that the acd pump was broken and the resevoir was empty and for this reason i wasnt going to drive the car to the shop... thats why i had them tow it! right?
so call the shop a couple days later check up on the car and maybe get an estimated fix date. i made sure to bring up the ACD thing again with the guy, incase they over looked it (not too many evos in town and im sure theyve never worked on one) so the guy says that hes got the entire assembly on order. cool. i told him that i didnt want anyone driving the car until the pump was replaced and he said that he had already driven it! wtf? now at that, with all that ive explained is there any other internal damages that can occur from driving the car?
EDIT:
the guy said he drove the car from the garage around the building to the lot, a couple hundred feet maybe.
this is my main concern, i know if something else happens the shop will have to fix because they were aware of the damages before they took the car but i just dont want to have to wait another month or two to get it back if something did/can happen.
anyways heres some pix

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Simple, don't leave until the car is 100% to what it should be.
They probably moved the car on the lot, ask more specifically where they drove it.

I know it was the last thing on your mind ,but did you write down the odometer reading??
We had a Rolls trade in at work and someone drove it 5 miles. New owner was pissed
