Bad and good experiences with them... web order for a part that turned out to be on back order, no one let me know, finally rcvd 4 weeks later, annoying. Last was phoned in, verified parts in stock, everything went smooth with no problems.
So yes, very good vendor... so long as you speak to a sales rep on the phone and verify parts availability.

Boostedwrx: You should try to understand the old adage: "It takes years to build a good reputation and seconds to destroy one." Although its cliche, its also very very true. Sure you have had good experiences with Vivid but several of your peers have not...guess what sticks in my mind the most.
Next year when I buy an Evo, even though they are only 100 miles from me, I will most likely bypass Vivid altogether based solely on their negative reputation.
Mike and Dan should learn to treat every customer with the same level or respect an honesty they show you.

True, and I do agree with you completely! They do need to treat every customer as they have treated me. Im just trying to display that level of service they have given me, so others can expect that same level, and at the same time I hope Vivid strives for that.
