Vivid Racing is top notch

Id just like to tell everyone, that Vivid Racing always gives me superior customer service. Mike and Dan are always willing to BS with me about parts and they always hook it up with a fantastic price.
Case in point - My friends Yamaha R1 ran into the back of my EVO and destroyed my passenger side EVO VII taillight. (along with the trunk and bumper but thats another story) Anyway Dan shipped me out a single passenger side taillight with no worries at all. He said he wouldnt like to break up a pair of the lights, but he understood the situation and took care of me.
Mike is always fun to talk with, and he always gets my orders out ASAP. I just give em a quick call to get a tracking number, and they always have it right on hand. I have NEVER had any problems ordering, purchasing, or receiving anything from them.
Ive ordered a ton of parts from Vivid, and I look forward to ordering a ton more. Thanks Mike and Dan!

Did they ask you to post this on here? As you can see on another thread people have mix review about them. I personally hated Dan so I will definitely not do business with him. He should be glad that I didn't sue him.

Nope. I posted it on my own free will. Im tired of seeing all the negative feedback from them when half of the negative feedback is coming from people who dont even do business with them.
I always get whatever I order from them quickly, and in an orderly fashion. I really appreciate Vivid, and I couldnt expect anything more from them or any other vendor.

See? It just takes one negative comment to spoil it. It then takes 20 positive comments to outweigh that one negative one. I'm here to give positive input, along with others as I see!
people are ***ing hostile, i post great responses for vivid because vivid has done great things for me ,like deal with all my questions and get me my parts wene i need them, if you dont belive fine their is nothing i can do for you , but i feel bad for the other vendors who have to deal with you now, cause who knows whene you are gonna start talking **** about them
I posted on the other thread as well that I have never had a problem with Vivid either. Sometimes you just have to be a little more patient when ordering parts coming in from Japan. No store can stock every single part for every car built. With Vivid I have never waited more than two weeks for a part to be shipped to my home in NJ. I am sure in some cases people may have waited more than a month for certain parts and unfortunately that is just gonna happen every once in a while. Hell, I had to wait four months to have customs cams made for my mustang GT last year and I am still waiting for the motor to be installed...totally sucks. Anyway, I think Vivid Racing has a great website with great prices and we should all be thankful these guys work their asses off so that we can make our cars into rocketships...nuff said.

Yep well said. When ordering stuff from another country, its pretty much out of the Vendors hands for the most part. The only thing they can do is communicate with you on the status of your order.
Another example is Value Car Audio. I ordered some Buddy Clubs from Japan, but Buddy Club kept dicking Mike (Value) around so I was just waiting on stupid Buddy Club the entire time to get my rims. I canceled that order, and had Mike order me some SSR GT2s, which also come from Japan, but were in stock and are supposed to be going to the airport as we speak.
And yes I agree, Vivid does have a pretty good web site that actually gets updated.
