VIII outlet pipe on IX turbo?
Can I use the outlet pipe off my VIII turbo onto an IX turbo? What about the waterlines and waste gate actuator? I don't mind modifying the stuff if I have too.

From what I have read, the water line can be bent to fit. I still have not found out about the output pipe.

Yeah, I know. It doesn't include a waste gate actuator. My turbo didn't come with one. Anyone know if the VIII WGA works on an IX?

No, you need an evo 9 conversion kit for evo 8s. I know FP sells them, check their website. The conversion kit should be about $100.

Yes, the wastegate actuator will work though.

I believe the wastegate between the two turbos is actually a little different.
