3 acd lights

you should try bleeding the system first. I saw a post which states that if you press the acd button on the dash while holding the pedal, the pump will run for about 20 sec or so.

i had to do that for my car and now it works fine. seems as if air was in the system, it has to be air tight to work properly.

+1 this is where i would start. if the system bleeds and the lights come on again check the manual and start going through the sensors. if thats not the problem it could be the clutch packs in the t-case or maybe even the seals in the t-case. also if the system will bleed on its own you can rule out the pump. just fyi

i'll kep all those options in mine, i heard mike at baierl is good and he is bleeding it tomorrow and pulling codes from the acd too so i will know tomorrow afternoon, i'll keep you guys informed

got code at i believe pum fai, he couldn't bleed it but ahs been fine in the cooler temps last 2-3 days

no abs light ever though.., mike at baierl said code 82 and couldnt bleed system, they kicked on today but fine in morning whne cooler, acd ftl ha

Drain and refill the system. I highly doubt the ACD pump is bad.

how do you fully drain the system through bleeder or wher eis the drain for it?
