I just got my Evo from a friend and he used to have a slim fan in the car to fit a larger turbo, but I now have the car and am putting it back to stock. The problem I am having is figuring out the wiring for the motor, as the wires are cut at the motor itself.

The wiring is blue/ grey/ blue/ grey. I have all of the stock fan parts and just need to figure out how the wiring goes. As for the fan and the wiring itself I have the motor with wires which are cut and only have about a half inch of wire, then about 6 more inches of wire which is attached to the plug end. From some of the other pictures on here Ive seen, it looks like the 4 wires from the motor end up being 2 wires at the plug, its hard to tell though because all of the pictures show the wiring covered by wire loom.

thick black and thick blue come from fan and go to the silver box with lumps on it. Then the sliver lumpy box get 3 wires that go into it Thick blue, thin blue with blk stripe, and thick black.

 

on the stock fan itself there are 4 wires...blue/ grey/ blue/ grey. . i know they go to lumpy box but which ones and what about the other 2 blue/gray wires
