...where is the connector that goes to the harness? The maf is clearly the culprit at this point.

Thats what i was thining but the car is running fine, all but the problems that we have talked about. You really think its the prob if the car doesnt pull at WOT?

Well I'm wondering why you don't have a maf sensor related check engine light. Maybe you're car is on speed density? If you're not on any standalone that would explain your horrible mileage and poor WoT.

I would take your car to a shop when you get a chance to figure out what's what.

Maybe some pics of your engine bay.

injector leaking, no cat, bad o2, plugs don't look that black but change them anyway, maf, unmetered air leak, tune, plugged a/f, all of the suggestions here have been pretty good. also might wanna check your ect. no codes or bad running?

Just wanted to give you guys a update. I changed the pluges and fixed the MAF. Car seems to be running great and no more probs. I also put a HKS intake on the car and it sounds great. Car runs like a Evo should. Iam very happy with it. Thanks everyone for your help! you guys are great. Thanks again!

No....I wish i do though. Would help out, but im getting the car tuned in a month or two

My advice to you. Don't go WOT until you're tuned. Your mafless journey and a/f now could be on the verge of destruction. Your a/f could be at 14.0:1+ ...pulls like a train now, however, won't last for long.

If you can invest $150-200 for a used or new wideband that would be great.

Right now you're having sex with $20 hookers without a condom. Eventually you're going to get a gift that you can wash off.

I was getting 100 miles to the tank. Took it to EvolutionDynamics, Kevin put in a new o2 sensor and it was back to about 220 a tank. I would borrow someones and see if that works. Get it used though, I hear the dealer wants 400+. I bought a used one from Kevin.

sorry to bring this back up but im getting 90-100 miles per tank. My o2 sensor is fairly new, its maybe a year old. Is it possible to have a bad o2 with out any symptoms? My car starts fine, runs fine, and pulls strong. Im running 1250 injectors, and a double pumper on e85. I use to get 190ish per tank. Only thing different since then is I removed EGR and EVAP. I have been told removing those 2 things will not cause a decrease in gas milage. Only other thing would have to be a bad o2 but like I said its only a year old. Any one have a similar problem?

How did you solved the issue?
O2? Spark plugs? Tune?

I'm stock I get 100miles. I don't care cause I'm happy but it would be better to get more MPG

You just bumped a 5 year old thread, probably not going to get an answer from those guys, lol. First, any check engine lights and codes? Do you have a wideband, what afr are you running while cruising? If you haven't had a tune up, may as well start there. Plugs, replace or clean air filter, maybe some injector/fuel system cleaner with your next fill up, oil change, etc.
