What Cams do you recommend for street and stock springs and retainer? Stage 1 or Stage 2?

Hks 272s if using stock springs, most people will change springs with any aftermarket cams though just to be safe. If you research certain cams you will for sure find stuff concerning daily driving, springs and all that.

I know that the brits, americans and japanese all do different things to reach the same power level but in the UK an evo viii will hit 380-400hp with a turbo back exhaust with de-cat pipe, air filter panel, fuel pump(255 walbro)and a re-map(tune?)
generally a £1000-£1500 job depending on how much you can do yourself(probably cheaper in the US)
Mick.
