Roof Rack...Yakima or Thule?

I'm looking to get a roof rack for my IX GSR SE, primarily for for bikes, and snowboards in the winter.

Opinions on which to go with base on the follwing:
- fitment
- not scratching or denting my roof
- price
- anti-theft
- wind noise, or other annoyances (i.e. will it screw with my weather stripping around the door)

Apologies if this has been covered Xmillion amount of times, I only did a quick search.

Check out REI. They have a good return policy if the roof rack ever failed. I have Thule on both my Mits. except the Evo.

I have the Yakima Q towers with locking clamps for the rack and then use the big powderhounds to take boards and skis during the winter, they lock too. It is a really nice piece, and I even keep the rack itself on during the summer to haul stuff around, I take the board racks off though.

^^^what they said^^^

Yak is just better quality than Thule but both are good. i favor the Yak for bikes over Thule. evo may not be listed in their catalog but the Lancer roof is the same dimensions anyway

FranZ, do the mounts negatively affect the rubber insulation surrounding the doors at all? Also, interesting way to make a light bar.
