Electrical Problems. Help Needed ASAP

Went to get my car (Evo8) tuned this weekend but it was a no-go. The OBD was unable to produce any power and therefore it is assumed that I have an electrical problem.

Here are more reasons for this justification:
1) Power Door locks switches dont work
2) A/C will not power on
3) Every other electrical part is in perfect working order.

This car has been in the shop for a engine swap, and my assumption is that a ground wire or some power cord has not been connected. If anyone has any idea, or advice for me in my problem please post or pm me. Email too (tootru9@Yahoo.com).

If anyone knows where the electrical grounds for the door locks and A/C power, please also let me konw.

I would start by checking your fuse boxes.
If its not a fuse it might be like you said, someone forgot to plug something back in. I would check wires after you check fuses.

Also you said there was an engine swap. Did the problem only show up after the swap?

I'm having somewhat of the same problem.. mine seemed to happen out of nowhere though

my door lock fuse blows within 5 minutes of plugging it in, and no obd2 scanner will read my car

lmk if you've had any luck fixing the issue
